New national lockdown - 5th January 2021
The government have announced a new national lockdown, which is now underway. People are instructed to stay home except for a few reasons such as essential shopping, work and daily exercise.
Pubs, bars, restaurants and brewery tap rooms are allowed to continue offering takeaway collection for food and non-alcoholic drinks, however off sales of alcohol is only allowed via home delivery.
Supermarkets, convenience stores, off licences and brewery shops can still sell alcohol as normal.
Our friends at Sheffield & District CAMRA branch have put together a handy list of pubs and breweries in the area offering home delivery of food and drink on their website https://sheffield.camra.org.uk/
Save our pubs campaign - email your MP to ask for a fairer deal for pubs here https://camra.org.uk/pubs-and-clubs/save-our-pubs-campaign/
